Majorel Armenia is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and driven personality to join our growing Employer Branding & Marketing team in Yerevan in the role of the Junior Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital content creation, employer branding and will be familiar with integrated marketing communication tools. As a Junior Marketing Specialist you will report to the Marketing & Employer Branding department lead and will be an indispensable part of the team.

What you will do:

  • Assist in executing strategies and programs to increase employee engagement,
  • Promote internally and externally employee benefits and perks as well as well-being at work;
  • Support with digital advertising on social media;
  • Assist in producing compelling and creative content for all of Majorel Armenia’s communication channels;
  • Digital community management (answering inquiries on different digital channels);
  • Provide creative, and technical support for the development marketing assets (posters, pictures, videos and other visuals);
  • Support managing and developing the internal library to facilitate brand alignment in internal communication;
  • Fulfill other tasks deriving directly from this position.

What you should know:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR & Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or other related field
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Armenian language and proficiency in the English language
  • Proven experience generating digital content and copywriting
  • Experience with social media advertising
  • Design and presentation skills not required but nice to have
  • Efficient time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
