These are the words our colleague Pedro uses to describe his adventure at Majorel.
He started at the company in January 2018 as a CSR in the Ubisoft project, helping gamers in the world with their technical issues. Later that year, he was promoted to Real Time Analyst in the WFM team, supporting a big project with real-time analysis, reporting, planning and scheduling. But his growth hasn’t stopped yet: “Earlier this year, I started this brand-new adventure as a Business Intelligence Analyst, programming databases and developing dashboards and other types of reports to help Majorel Lisbon. Although I have worked in different teams at Majorel, all of them are very welcoming and will provide you with everything you need to succeed; all your hard work is recognized and you are given chances to grow and challenge yourself.”
