- Manage CSRs and ensure that they’re meeting business requirements
- Coach the agent on technical and non technical errors
- Ensure that employees are adhering to the company policy
- Results oriented, TL should be working on achieving the assigned performance metrics
Requirements:
- C1 French Level
- Salary is 15K Gross
- Very Good English
- Good Coaching skills
- Good Problem Solving.
- Good Leadership Skills.
- Good communications and Handling skills.
- Flexibility in working rotational shifts basis.
- Preferably 1 year experience in E commerce as team leader .
