Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing team performance daily, weekly & monthly
- Tracking, observing and monitoring all transactions made by her/his teams on system
- Deliver knowledge, updates and technical support
- Conduct coaching session’s and one on one meetings
- Use and upgrade the available tools for tracking and evaluating team member’s
- Interacting in day-to-day business activities with other stakeholders internally and externally
- Prepare and share performance reports and presentations
- Attend and participate in all BAU activities and meetings presenting his/her line of business performance and action plans
Requirements:
- Excellent German speaker
- Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader
- Very good presentation skills.
- Very good to Excellent English level
- Very good communication skills
- Very good problem-solving skills
- Very good Leadership skills
- Very Good coaching and handling skills
- Very Good knowledge of MS-office and Google sheets and documents are a must
- Has no commitment issues or major disciplinary action in the last year
