Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports agents and team leaders in daily business – coaching, side-by-side listening, starting conversations with sales, setting anchor, objection treatment
  • Organize small group workshops to promote exchange among agents.
  • Support in the implementation of the monthly sales focus and achievement of the sales goals.
  • Introduction and training of Fairpay/ salto
  • In cooperation with training, building and maintaining a high level of sales skills to provide the customer with the “WOW” effect regarding satisfaction, problem solving and offers to optimize the customer portfolio. (NPS, FCR, sales)
  • Conducting competitions to support the achievement of sales goals
  • Proactive communication with the team leader, the agents and the Sales Coach TL regarding all areas of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Report progress and planning to Care2sales Manager
  • Constant compliance with all rules and regulations of the account Communications AG with regard to personnel management, rules of conduct and security

. Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German is a must (Spoken and Written)
  • Very good in English is a must (Spoken and Written)
  • 2 years of experience in call center and sales
  • Good Coaching and Training experience
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Problem-solving skills
  • Very good verbal and logical reasoning
  • Good Skills (Microsoft Office – G Suite)
