• Respond on inquiries through emails and face to face communication.
• Align staff with company values, updates and news.
• Insuring efficient and high-quality communication with internal stakeholders
• Working along with Marketing team to make sure that we are one majorel (branding)
• Managing agencies and vendors relationship while aligning with procurement
• Keep the people engaged via our comms to create a positive motivating momentum
• Managing seasonality engagement activities ( Ramadan, Eid, Xmas….etc.)
• Supporting in Increasing employee engagement /awareness via supporting in the new communication channel – engagement committee through the engagement teams to enhance and to ensure complete alignment and transparency with all accounts to build up trust.
• Ensure to have report after each campaign/ activity for the signed accounts.
• Responsible for including feel good pillars in our engagement activities and campaigns.
• Ensure understanding & compliance with Majorel vision mission and values and follow regulatory Majorel policies & procedures.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Very good awareness of Ms. Office
• V. Good on Photoshop program
