Job Description

Responsibilities • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
•Analyzing & Providing recommended improvement actions for operational KPIs and results
•Providing the necessary information to assist and support implementation of all new project scope •Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other
•strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
•Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
•Identify table F required metrics based on COPC exhibits for each service type/ client required metrics
•Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
•Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance
•Generate reports, business scorecards and results management dashboards on periodical basis to support the decision-making process.
•Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
•Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
•Keep company vision, mission, values and follow all policies and procedures. •Monitor industry best practices.
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirements •Bachelor’s Degree.
•Level of English: V.Good Level.
•At least 1,5 year of experience relevant field.
•Strong MS Access & MS Excel skills
•Good knowledge of data analytic tools
•Strong presentation skills •Strong analytical skills to quickly identify patterns to apply solutions to varied problem sets •Strong problem-solving & ownership
