Job Description:
•Prepare monthly payroll & pay slips issues
•Manage payroll specialist and ATM specialist.
•Maintain up-to-date Payroll system
•Responsible for Creating the salary sheet after obtaining the data through the account managers & clients.
•Responsible for providing salary details requests to the employees
•Providing the pay slip after releasing the salary for the employees
•Responsible for suspending & releasing the salaries according to the personal & account management team requests.
•Prepare or maintain the records, such as hiring, termination, transfers, or assignments. •Responsible for updating the monthly allowances, incentives, taxation, benefits and other factors
•Assist in updating any Salaries Transactions.
•Deliver ATM cards to the employees once received it from Bank
•Responsible for handling any bank issues & creating the bank accounts
•Generate Payroll monthly reports.
•Reviews accurate and timely processing of payroll updates
•Ensuring payroll calculation compliance with policies, procedures, and governmental laws
•Respect and apply company vision, mission, and values.
•Coordinates with all internal functions within various departments to ensure the completion of Payroll processes.
•Make sure that all the processes meet COPC Standards and requirements.
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree •Minimum experience in Payroll or relevant 2 years.
•Level of English: Good Level.
•Good understanding of Labor Law.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office.
•Proficient with payroll software.
•High numerical aptitude.
•Good written and verbal communication and organization. •Follow-up Skills •Self-Motivated and Able to work under pressure.
