•Collect all the required information from relevant stakeholders (Client management, Sales, and Business Solutions).
•Initiate kick-off meetings internally with the concerned departments.
•Create and update the SOW/service manual, and confirm it with the senior project manager.
•Follow up on the concerned parties to complete their tasks according to the project plan.
•Prepare and share progress reports for the project.
•Perform soft launching for each account before the project starts.
•Highlight and report project’s potential risks to senior project manager.
•Handle the official communications between the internal departments.
•Initiate the project’s required Purchase Requests.
•Follow up on project procurement management.
•Perform project’s post implementation audit.
•Keep company vision, mission, values and follow all policies and procedures.
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements:
•Level of English: Fluent.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in Call center
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability to solve problems creatively
•Excellent analytical skills
•Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
•Negotiation & Risk Management Skills
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Planning & organizing skills
