Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible of all the hard facilities and MEP systems maintenance Such as (HVAC – Firefighting – Fire alarm – Access control – Generator – drainage system,…etc)
2.Create, implement and enhance preventive maintenance program to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
3.Control engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets.
4.Supervise daily routine operations, including employee performance, preventive and corrective maintenance.
5.Apply KPI and service level agreement.
6.Monitor safety compliance to maintain strict standards and protect employees from harm.
7.Supervise project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers.
8.Draft and review reports and specifications, including construction schedules, environmental impact studies and project designs.
9.Follow up with clients to verify optimal customer satisfaction following support engagement and problem resolution.
10.Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
11.Optimize supply levels to keep stock spare parts within ideal parameters for expected needs.
12.Monitor priorities and liaised between maintenance team and management, delegating tasks to complete on time.
13.Track employee attendance, punctuality and adherence to house rules, address repeat problems quickly to prevent long-term habits.
14.Supervise junior team members and setting plan of training and developing based on their assessment.
15.Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy with clients while working to resolve complaints, problems or respond to requests.
16.Document processes and keep maintenance records.
17.Respond to emergencies. Main Requirements:
1.3 to 4 years experience as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
2.Solid knowledge of HVAC systems
3.Solid knowledge of Classic Control / automatic control is preferred
4.Solid communication skills
5.Good Microsoft office Command
6.Good Command of English
7.Good knowledge for AutoCAD
