Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
1.Create/ implement / Review Transportation plan and procedures in coordination with WF department to assure maximum cost saving and employee safety.
2.Be sure that all terms at the contract are applied
3.Follow up and responsible for (Attendance – appearance – attitude,..etc.) from Majorel side
4.Coordinate daily routine checklists and maintenance activities on transportation vehicles.
5.Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time as agreed with transportation provider.
6.Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
7.Assuring that transportation vehicles are meeting company’s HSE requirements
8.Report any observations and abnormalities.
Weekly / Monthly report will be needed. Main Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience arranging and managing routes for employees / Agents
  • General knowledge of HSE code.
  • Excellent command of English
