Interview with our Seasonal Trainer and Quality Coach

What do you do at Majorel?

I am working as a Quality Coach and recently I moved to a Seasonal Trainer position in one of our biggest projects in Majorel Estonia.

Trainer at Majorel

Tell us about how you joined Majorel?

First, I joined Majorel in January 2017. I wanted to challenge myself and work in the BPO industry. My motivation was to step out of my comfort zone and make the best out of this. From the first moments of my journey here I have been supported by my colleagues and the international team. One thing that influenced my decision was the fact that there are so many opportunities for career growth and development.

In March the next year, I got a temporary Coach position and gladly took this new challenge. After the high season, I decided to try out a different field. Short after, I understood that my heart belongs to my former team at Majorel and our project. I got back as a Coach and immediately went through the Partner Support training. Now, can proudly say I am an expert in both lines of business (Guest Support & Partner Support)

What has been your biggest challenge?

There have been challenges at every stage of my career journey, of course,  but the main one is the current one: the pandemic. This keeps me away from my team. I hope for it to be over soon, for us all to go back to a loud office full of great people!

What is your favorite moment in Majorel?

I have so many! Every workday brings a lot of positive emotions, every meeting energizes me, every team event is packed with memorable moments. But my most favorite one was on the day I came back to Majorel. I entered the office saw my dear colleagues. and was filled with  peace and happiness. I know right then I was in the right place and at the right time.

Share your secret and tell us what makes you so good at your job?

I like challenges and I like overcoming them. I am constantly challenging myself and setting new goals or pushing myself outside my comfort zone. I also apply this attitude to the teams I manage. And together we excede expectations.

Do you have any advice for someone at the start of the career journey?

The advice is not to be afraid. Don’t be afraid to speak up, to show initiative, to think out of the box, and last but not least to fail. One failure can be the key to success. Another important advice is to constantly challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, and aim for personal development and growth.

What is your moto in life?

My motto is „Dreaming is an art of achieving“. I believe that if you can dream about something you can eventually achieve it. One way or another it always worked with me. All I have achieved, I have first dreamed about.
