Poland is known for its lively culture and vibrant cities, incredible natural landscapes, medieval architecture, seasonal music festivals, friendly people, and, of course, delicious pierogi dumplings! Situated on the historical crossroads of trade and cultural exchanges, Poland is also one of the fastest developing economies on the continent. Our history in Poland dates back to the last century, when our team opened the first office in Poznan, one of the ancient cities in Poland. In this article, we put the spotlight on Majorel in Poland and tell you our story in this spectacular country.

Majorel in Poland: History & Key Figures 

We opened our first office in Poznan, in 1994. Initially, our local team included 100 people and provided customer services in 7 languages (while currently, they serve clients in 23 languages!). Along the years, our team has been growing by adding new offices in Szczewcin, Konin, Płock, Wrocław, and Kraków. In 2004, we opened our first multilingual office in Poland and quickly became one of the leading customer service providers in the country. Currently, our colleagues in Poland serve 13 clients, some of the top global brands from the HighTech, FinTech, E-commerce / Retail, Sports, and other industries.  

Corporate Responsibility Actions Across Poland 

Just like in other countries, we support Majorel’s four-pillar approach to Corporate Responsibility, and take numerous actions for the wellbeing of our people,  society,  and the environment. Our colleagues in Poland have donated monitors and school necessities to vulnerable children, contributed to fundraising which supported young athletes with Diabetes, recycled unwanted office furniture and donated to charity, and even adopted a fox from Poznań zoo! Even in the hard times, during the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, our colleagues in Poland showed amazing unity and kindness. They have joined efforts to donate food, necessities, and medical supplies to the children’s hospital in Lviv, Ukraine. Some of them, by their own initiative and efforts, also hosted refugees at their homes. On top of that, we, as a company, donated 50.000 Euros to Polish Humanitarian Action. #Feelgood at Majorel Poland 

This year, we’ll celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the Feel Good Program in Poland! Over these years, our colleagues, along with our local Feel Good Community, take initiatives to make work more engaging, and exciting. They organize sports tournaments, take professional development courses, attend webinars, participate in team events and challenges, and, above all, feel good together.
