Our history in Spain dates back to the past century, in 1998 (Majorel was still named Arvato Services back then). Since the opening of our first office in Madrid, our team has been expanding and growing, opening additional offices in Barcelona, Salamanca, Jerez de la Frontera, and Zaragoza. Currently, our team of more than 7500 employees deliver customer experiences in 5 languages and support clients from the Telecommunications, Banking, and E-commerce industries, among others. Thanks to our amazing team and our #OneMajorel spirit, last year, Majorel in Spain was awarded with 3 awards in “Excelencia Relación con Clientes” – Customer Relationship Excellence. Majorel is officially recognized as the Best Commercial Provider, Best Help Desk, and the Most Recommended Provider in Spain.
