For our business in Zagreb we are currently looking for Customer Support Representatives (male/female) with a excellent language skills in German (at least B2). English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a highly professional consumer experience by collaborating with consumers through various communication channels.
  • Solve customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and tactful manner while providing clients with accurate, timely and professional answers.
  • Resolve consumer issues and complaints by identifying the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution.
  • Establish a customer relationship with consumers.
  • Use customer feedback and communicate with other teams to create better customer service.
  • Proactive approach in every interaction with consumers to discover better solutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and high focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent language skills (at least B2) in German language, both spoken and written. English is a plus.
  • Customer service-orientated and a high focus on customer satisfaction.
