Job summary

Cloud support specialist is operating on a particular hub and is in a charge of maintaining the global Cloud platforms.


Main responsibilities

Designs Windows Server solutions based on best practices for scale up and out.
Drives automation initiatives for Servers provisioning, configuration and decommissioning
Closely engage with Engineering teams to resolve customer reported escalations or product challenges.
Provides technical engineering and design review for new Server platforms, applications, infrastructure, and hardware/Cloud.
Design, Implement, configure, Install, OS Hardening & support VMware ESXi 6.x/ 7.x, Windows O.S (Windows 2008, 2012,2016) & Linux Redhat 6/7/8.
Windows OS with Strong in O.S Troubleshooting knowledge like BSOD, O.S Upgrades, Event Logs Analysis, Server Performance Analysis, Cluster Servers, Handling Cluster migration & Upgrade tasks.
Knowledge in Active Directory, Group Policy Management, GPO, AD Replication, AD Troubleshooting, DFS configuration, DNS, DHCP, WDS Server and troubleshooting, networking, storage & Backup.
Configuring and managing AWS Services like VPC, EC2, ELB, Route 53, RDS, Cloudwatch
Scripting (PowerShell, Ruby, Bash, Python) and Infrastructure development experience.
Experience working with Engineering and SW Development teams.
Strong understanding of cloud technology, especially AWS Cloud.
Additional task can be assigned at any time.

Competencies and professional background

Educational Background:

Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science


Technical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)

Create and maintain servers on AWS Cloud platform
Proved Experience in Cloud System
Creating and managing secure VPC, security groups, VPC Peering, AMIs and Snapshots.
Creating and managing User Profiles and Security Policies on AWS platform.
Run security vulnerability scans to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
AD/DNS/DHCP.
GPO/ACL/FS/
Cisco DNS filtering
IT Service management
SLA/ Incident and problem management
Knowledge of environments and Service that Support múltiple Business vertical.
In Managing Azure/AWS cloud:-IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, DR (managing and hosting)
AAD/Intune/Google work space/O365

Soft Skills:

Ability to work with people from a variety of different culturally diverse backgrounds
