Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This campaign is addressing Majorel employees of the GEE Region: Majorel Armenia, Majorel Estonia, Majorel Georgia, Majorel Romania, Majorel Poland. Eligible Majorel employees must have an active employment contract with one of the mentioned locations and must still be employed by the end of the campaign. All employees who have already submitted their resignation, or their contract is ending for any reasons 3 months from the start of the campaign will not be eligible for winning the prizes of this campaign.
2. Campaign Timelines
- Campaign duration: October 19th, 2021 – November 19th, 2021.
- Campaign winner announcement: November 25th, 2021.
- Prize: Prize can be used during 1 year after the winner has been announced.
3. How to participate?
For Majorel employees to be eligible to win the prizes, following steps must be carried out during the campaign duration:
- Like and follow @Passport to Majorel Facebook page;
- Write a short review/recommendation on the page (Review here);
- Make your review public.

3. Prizes
- 2 plane tickets (valid within 1 year period after the purchase) in one of the following locations: Germany, Romania, Poland, Georgia, Armenia, Estonia. First ticket is for the winner and the second ticket will only be available if the winner chooses to take one current employee of Majorel.
- 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 people (valid within 1 year period after the purchase).
- Lunch with the local Feel Good Community.
Depending on the tax law in the country of your contract employment, the value of the prize can be subject to taxation.
4. Selection & Announcement of the Winner
The winner will be selected by a random sampling technique online on November 25, 2021. The winner will be announced and the validity of the prizes will enter into force on the same day. In order the prizes to be applicable, Covid regulations and travel laws issued by the international healthcare organizations and local foreign ministries will be reinforced. The winner is responsible for taking care of the Visa issues, following Covid regulations and meeting other requirements of his/her travel.

5 Privacy Policies
Privacy policy and GDPR regulation of your country and employment contract apply also for this campaign. Majorel will be able to see just the name of your Facebook page with which you submitted the review and what you choose to share in the comment. Please be aware that the NDA and DPA signed are still in place and you are not allowed under any circumstances to share any company confidential information or any information related to our clients, their customers or policies. In case of doubt, please contact your local Legal / Compliance Department.
The winners must share with the representatives of the Majorel GEE Marketing team personal information such as: full name, work location and email address to claim the prize.
