A new office of Majorel Georgia opened in Kutaisi. After Tbilisi, this is the second branch of the company in Georgia.

In the name of the world’s largest companies, “Majorel” (formerly Arvato) plans to develop and implement customer service – providing both classical services and digital solutions to customer service, such as social media and online”communication, automated interaction and AI (artificial intelligence ), Analytics, self-service and others. The first office in Tbilisi was opened in 2016, where more than 600 employees are employed. The company representatives say that more than 500 jobs will be created by the end of the year.

The event was attended by representatives of the international company, including the management of ”Majorel”, local and central government representatives. 

“The future plans of our company are strategically important for Georgia’s economic growth. The company has invested several million in the development of Georgian business and this is an important event for Kutaisi as a regional development of Georgia. As a result of conducting a number of researches across the country, “Majorel” representatives believe that the level of knowledge of the German language in Kutaisi is the foundation and basis of the company’s future development.

Majorel incorporates Bertelsmann and Saham Group World Customer Service Business, among them are: Arvato CRM Solutions, Phone Group, ECCO Outsourcing, and Pioneers Outsourcing.
