“Majorel’s global human capital management policy is focused on the well-being and safety of our people across the world. But, as a socially responsible company, we believe that caring for the local communities and their welfare is an equally important responsibility. In 2020, despite the recent pandemic, we have conducted some great campaigns aiming at the well-being of local communities in need. In the future, we plan to further contribute to this good cause,” says Alexander Mironenko, Country Manager at Majorel Georgia. The campaign, ‘Hand in Hand for Elderly’ was successfully carried out through the joint efforts of our team in Georgia. As part of the campaign, our colleagues have raised a fund that has been doubled by the management of Majorel and donated to Catharsis.

“Our people are always happy to join our corporate social responsibility initiatives and contribute to the common welfare in Georgia. The main idea of this campaign lies in unity – to unite efforts as #OneTeam and help those who need our support the most. This was a great initiative to come together and spread kindness and cheer up the holiday spirit with love and happiness,” says Nini Onezashvili, Brand and Communications Manager at Majorel Georgia.

Majorel Georgia rolled out the ‘Hand in Hand’ corporate social responsibility campaign in April 2020 and within this framework has already carried out three campaigns in support of socially vulnerable communities in Georgia.
