Paola Del Castillo joined Majorel in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative. After one year, in which she helped us spread our company values as Feel Good Ambassador, she was given the opportunity to promote to Solution Coach and finally to Team Manager for one of our Multilingual Projects.

“I am very happy to have started the Majorel adventure with a group of positive people, eager to learn and to help each other. What I appreciate most about my journey here is the people I met along the way, from whom I learned a lot and who always gave me the opportunity to be listened. I hope to be able to transmit the same to the people who are now part of my team”.
