Job Description

IT project management.


Definition and implementation of operational and support processes (incidents, changes, monitoring and availability, follow-up and other operational processes, etc.).
Financial and budget monitoring.
Continuous improvement based on standardization, automation, error analysis and definition of solutions, both for customers and the services provided, as well as for internal operations.


Higher education, valuable in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
Advanced level of english.
3-5 years experience in a similar position.
Valuable experience in BPO.
Availability to travel
