Job description

We are looking for English-Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Support team. You will be working for our client, one of the biggest online accommodation providers worldwide.

Duties and responsibilities

Handling incoming phone calls and emails from the website users

  • Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website user’s inquiries
  • Working hours from Monday to Sunday between 7:30-23:00 (40 hours per week)

Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Attentiveness, positive attitude
  • Relevant permit to work in Lithuania
  • Computer literacy and good MS Office knowledge
  • Experienced in a target-based/KPI driven environment is a plus

Salary

1611-1750 €/mon. gross
Taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience.
