Majorel, a leading global provider of next-generation end-to-end customer experience (CX) solutions announces the opening of a new office in Skopje, further expanding its global geographic footprint. The new company will bring hundreds of new jobs to the region, drawing on the country’s highly skilled multilingual labor pool and educated young generations.

The company’s new multilingual office is located in the hearth of Skopje’s city center, with excellent transport links, in a modern office facility of 4 floors. The new Majorel office can host +350 employees. The local team will be providing customer experience services via chat, telephone and e-mail for one of its clients, a global brand from the Travel industry. Communication and language skills are the main requirements the company is looking for in candidates, saying it provides extensive trainings to develop their employees.
