Responsibilities on the job:

• Providing high quality customer support to our business client’s customers via phone, email and chat;
• Handling client information inquiries, requests, complaints;
• Provide solutions and suggestions for business client’s customers to maintain efficiency in workflows and drive high CSAT;
• Data submission and management in different tools and applications;
• Participation in up-training and quality evaluation sessions;
• Protecting personal, customer, business client and employer business related information;
• Informing immediately about possible risks, incidents impacting normal workflow and data processing;

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer friendly attitude;
• German language on excellent level + very good English language skills;
• Good communication and self-expressing skills;
• Friendly tone of voice;
• No experience required, but CSR experience will be considered a plus.
