Global IT HR Business Partner works closely with Global and Regional IT teams, managers and key stakeholders to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. This role requires a passionate and driven HR partner who can foster a vibrant, friendly work environment that promotes respect, creativity, excellence. Main responsibilities

  • Support employees throughout their career: on-board new hires, administer team assignments and career moves;
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues in the Learning & Development, Recruiting team to implement pragmatic solutions;
  • Diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes;
  • Act as an advisor and support locally for any people related matters;
  • Support on the implementation of new initiatives and new processes or tools in support of business priorities, project operations and overall team engagement;
  • Support in HR key processes like talent acquisition, recruitment;
  • Using wide range of digital tools (business intelligence, decision support, data visualization ) to support in development and communicate HR strategy, manage individuals and teams, facilitate information sharing.; 
  • Develop, define, and implement specific local processes and concepts based on local needs;
  • Partner with the stakeholders to understand the challenges of the business and develop people operations to perfectly meet people and business needs;
  • Work proactively on ongoing HR projects and initiatives.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in HR, Psychology, Labour Relations or other related disciplines.

Technical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams)
  • Knowledge of HR recruitment sources and tools
  • Proficiency in Excel and Digital Tools
  • Previous experience from working in an international BPO/IT organization is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles, including employment laws and regulations.
