Pedro’s career story

These are the words our colleague Pedro uses to describe his adventure at Majorel. He started at the company in January 2018 as a Customer Service Representative, helping gamers throughout the world with their technical issues. Later that year, he was promoted to Real Time Analyst in the WFM team, supporting a big project with real-time analysis, reporting, planning, and scheduling.
But his growth hasn’t stopped yet: “Earlier last year, I started this brand-new adventure as a Business Intelligence Analyst, programming databases and developing dashboards and other types of reports to help the operations. Although I have worked in different teams at Majorel, all of them are very welcoming and will provide you with everything you need to succeed; all your hard work is recognized and you are given chances to grow and challenge yourself.”
As everyone else here, Pedro makes an essential contribution to what we do. We’re happy to have him on the team!
