“In 2017, I sought a career change and applied for a temporary customer service representative position to provide support to gamers. During the initial training, I was immediately motivated by the fun, professional, and supportive atmosphere that fostered engagement and commitment to the project. Over time, I discovered more reasons to stay, including the opportunities for personal and professional growth, structured feedback and support, and the company’s recognition of our achievements. Most importantly, I developed a passion for training people and was determined to be part of the training team.”
