Majorel Named Brand of the Year in Romania

They say, where there’s a will, there’s always a way. Out of 180 companies operating in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in Romania, Majorel received the Brand of the Year award. It’s worth mentioning that the Brand of the Year is the only title awarded not by the jury, but through public voting. The award recognises all aspects of business management excellence, such as: financial and operational performance, services, client and employee growth, company leadership and CSR endeavours.

Romanian Business Services assesses the importance of outsourcing and business shared services in the current reshaped economy. Hosting the annual Forum & Awards ceremony, Romanian Business Services brings together and offers the stage to key opinion leaders and experts acting in the BPO industry locally.

Our team in Romania has grown by almost 50 % over the pandemic and adapted to the new normal by implementing hybrid and work-from-home solutions. All year round, our colleagues in Romania have been carrying out external & internal campaigns, CSR initiatives, events and programs which fostered community engagement and enriched our company culture. And the efforts did pay off!
