Mónica’s career story

“I started as a Customer Service Representative in Jerez de la Frontera and, after six years, I applied for an internal promotion that led me to become a Team Manager. My time as a CSR helped me acquire knowledge of the banking project I worked for, whereas being a Team Manager allowed me to develop further my own academic background. Working as a Team Manager I especially enjoyed getting to know people, enhancing their skills and managing a team where we all contributed to achieving the same objectives”.

“A couple of years later, I was promoted to Operations Manager. In this new role, I’ve had the luck to learn, among many other things, to coordinate the work and performance of a great squad, always oriented towards meeting the project goals with everybody’s contribution”.

“All the successes we met and the challenges we overcame are proof that great effort and awesome teamwork let us reach the targets we set for ourselves“.
