Responsibilities
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Estamos buscando un/a nuev@ compañer@ para uno de nuestros servicios de referencia en atención a la ciudadanía, que se encargue de:
- Asesorar y orientar a los ciudadanos en cuanto a trámites municipales
- Atención presencial y telefónica
- Gestionar los trámites
- Resolver incidencias
- Tareas administrativas
Requirements
Qué buscamos en ti?
- Bachillerato/ FPI o FPII (se solicitará titulación)
- Dominio paquete Office
- Experiencia en puesto similar
- Nivel nativo/avanzado de catalán y castellano
- Pasión por la atención a las personas
- Iniciativa y ser reolutiv@
