Customer Support Agent: – Receive and handle Danish speaking customer requests by email, chat and social media. – Function as an ambassador for the client’s service. – Collection and maintenance of customer data. – Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements. – Work on requests and comments via the client’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
Content Moderator: – Work across social media platforms, screening and monitoring the site for abusive, violent or other inappropriate content. – Ensuring a safe experience for its users and communities. – The job might sound like a fun and easy task, perhaps similar to how you spend your free time, but applicants are urged to keep in mind that the content will in some cases contain strong and abhorrent images, and is not recommended for the easily offended.
Customer Support Agent:- Native or near native level of Danish as well as professional level of English. – Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles. – Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) Previous work experience with social media is a plus. – Passion for community management and digital affinity. – Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. – OBLIGATORY STUDIES FINISHED: According to the legislation in Spain, a document to prove completed studies is mandatory to be able to be hired. Meaning obligatory studies as ESO or High School. Any higher studies title will also be accepted. This document will be requested on the interview.
Content Moderator: – Native or near native level of Danish as well as professional level of English. – Good technical understanding. – Experience within content moderation, customer service or other contact center environments is valued. – Professional experience with social media platforms is valued. – Any experience with artificial intelligence is considered an added value. – OBLIGATORY STUDIES FINISHED: According to the legislation in Spain, a document to prove completed studies is mandatory to be able to be hired. Meaning obligatory studies as ESO or High School. Any higher studies title will also be accepted. This document will be requested on the interview. – MINIMAL WORK EXPERIENCE: Not required.
