Customer Service Agent
– Receive and handle Swedish speaking customer requests by email, chat and social media.- Function as an ambassador for the client’s service.- Collection and maintenance of customer data.- Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements.- Work on requests and comments via the client’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).

Content Moderator
– Work across social media platforms, screening and monitoring for abusive, violent or other inappropriate content.- Screening pictures, videos, articles and audio clips.- Ensuring a safe experience for the platform’s users and communities.- Applicants are urged to keep in mind that the content will in some cases contain strong and abhorrent images, and is not recommended for the easily offended.


– Native or near native level of Swedish as well as professional level of English.- Availability to work in full time.- Good technical understanding.- Experience within content moderation, customer service or other contact center environments is valued.- Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc). Professional experience within the field is valued.- Passion for community management and digital affinity.- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.- OBLIGATORY STUDIES FINISHED: According to the legislation in Spain, a document to prove completed studies is mandatory to be able to be hired. Meaning obligatory studies as ESO or High School. Any higher studies title will also be accepted. This document will be requested on the interview. 

What we offer

– Full time position: working 5 days/ week from Monday to Sunday. – Shift Customer Service: morning shift (09:00-17:00) or afternoon shift (14:00-22:00).- Shift Content Moderator: morning shift (08:00-16:00), afternoon shift (16:00-00:00) or night (00:00-08:00).- Highly competitive annual salary + bonus for afternoon and night shift employees.– Working and training from the office/home depending on the department. It is required to live in or around Barcelona, maximal 100 km from the office.
