As the first point of contact for patients, a problem-solving mindset is of fundamental importance to ensure good understanding of 
the patients’ perspectives and to be able to provide a high-quality support, by receiving calls for inquiries, product issues and technical difficulties, related to mobile apps, cloud software and related hardware. You will also be managing the shipment of spare parts, updating accounts via computerized systems, documenting, and analysing patients and product information. 


  • German native and advanced English (C1)
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms. 
  • Sound knowledge of Windows / Mac OS X operating systems and related web browsers 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation both written and spoken 
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive. 
  • Experience within customer service and technical support will be valued.
  • Availability to work from the office 
  • Obligatory studies finished: According to the legislation in Spain, a Document to prove it will be Mandatory to be able to hire you. Meaning Obligatory studies as: Pflichtstudium (ESO or High School). Any higher studies title will be an added value. 

Preferred qualifications

  • Technical expertise in the field of troubleshooting of medical devices 
  • Technical or medical training 
  • More than 1 year of relevant experience in technical support 

What we offer


  • 39h/week full-time contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
  • Monday to Friday – From 10:30 to 19:00 / Saturday and Sunday – From 9:00 to 17:00
  • Permanent contract from the first day (with 1 month trial period) 
  • Holidays: 32 natural days distributed over the year in 4 full weeks + 4 individual days
