Buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico de selección para nuestro departamento de RR.HH en Madrid.

Responsibilities
Las funciones del puesto son las siguientes:
Fuentes reclutamiento, criba curricular, citación telefónica, dinámicas de grupo, procesos de selección masivos, entrevistas por competencias, procesos de promoción interna, gestión de formación bonificada de la empresa, contacto y gestión con ETT, realización de informes, etc..
Requirements
Los requisitos para el puesto son:
– Formación académica: Valorable Licenciatura/Grado Psicología o similar. Valorable Master en RR.HH- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el puesto. Experiencia en procesos masivos y entrevistas por competencias.- Imprescindible idioma inglés.
What we offer
Ofrecemos:
– Jornada completa de lunes a jueves en horario de 09:00 a 18:00 (1 hora para comer) y los viernes de 09:00 a 15:00. Horario flexible de entrada de 09:00 a 10:00h y salida de forma progresiva de 18:00 a 19:00h.
