Solidarity campaigns & volunteering: we take part in social causes to help people who need it most. An example of our commitment is The Tree that Feeds Smiles, a Christmas campaign with which we collect donations for food banks in Spain (Majorel doubles the total amount donated by the employees). We also have an internal volunteer network for the collection of food, books, and clothes for non-profit organizations.

Family fun: over the Christmas break, we open our office doors to our employees’ loved ones for them to get to know the workplace, have fun and enjoy themselves.
