The team in Turkey joined the Majorel world in the beginning of 2022, when we acquired Mayen, one of Turkey’s largest leading independent nearshore CX providers. The team was well-known on the local market, receiveing several Gold Stevie(R) Awards (global awards for sales and customer service) in various categories in the last five years including Company of the Year and Most Innovative Company of the Year.
Since joining Majorel, the local team has grown and gained more international brands as clients. Currently, we have offices in 10 cities: Adana, Antalya, İzmir, İstanbul, Kayseri, Diyarbakır, Gümüşhane, Van, Elazığ, and Şanlıurfa. Our team consists of more than 2500 employees who deliver customer support and tech support services to 45 top international brands in 12+ languages.

Majorel’s global four-pillar approach to Corporate Responsibility (CR) is a priority in Majorel Turkey and the local team is always eager to support local communities and the environment. They stand up for gender equality and support the United Nation’s HeforShe movement and the Professional Women’s Network (PWN), a voluntary organization that supports women’s sustainable existence and advancement in business life. The team has also launched the Future Women Leaders program, as part of which our trainer experts train young driven women and prepare them for leadership positions.
Fun fact: 50% of our senior management and 65% of our entire local team in Turkey are women.
Our colleagues in Turkey joined our global Feel Good Community and did not hesitate to start with #feelgood initiatives right away! Sports Club, Art Club, Social Responsibility Club, Yoga sessions – they always come up with great initiatives to come together, learn from each other, and have fun together. They hold competitions such as the healthiest and the most sustainable office and try to promote healthy lifestyle and work culture across our offices. Not only do they have fun, but also learn together through events such as Appointment Time with Myself – a time management and wellbeing activity to appreciate our individual efforts and achievements.
